Mission
The Mission of Genesis House is to preserve and strengthen families whenever possible, and to provide services needed to children and youth needing a secure and safe place to live.
Vision
To serve youth and their families through a caring, accepting, stable, and safe environment, where past hurts are healed; hope is nurtured; and faith in God, self, and others is developed with limited interruptions.
Philosophy
Children deserve a safe place to live and adults who will protect and provide for them. At times, this safety cannot be provided in the child’s home. Genesis House understands that it cannot truly take the place of living parents, but will do the best job possible in these difficult situations.
